I have to add this. The office staff and maintenance at Dakota are top notch. I have not had many problems since I have ... lived here for over a year, however , any issue in the apartment or any issue whatsoever they on top of it immediately, which to me speaks volumes. Great Place to Live!

Great find!
We moved here in 2018 after just arriving from New Jersey. We couldn’t have found a better place to land! The apartment is ... bright and airy, the staff polite and professional and the maintenance staff goes above and beyond to ensure that everything is working properly. Best Staff! Well run property
We had to move our youngest daughter from Arkansas to Jupiter, FL to start her first real job. All of our apartment searches, ... questions about the area, and application process had to be done remotely. Paul and Cindy have been fabulous every step of the way! The Dakota is a very luxury complex, but it is always the people running it that m make the difference. They are very professional; have gone above and beyond; have been very responsive to my dozens of questions, and have even checked on my daughter since her arrival to make sure everything is ok.
